All students must register and sign a waiver before entering into any class. At time of registration, students are asked to pay the recital fee, registration fee, and the first month’s tuition.

*The non-refundable recital fee includes four tickets to the end of the year recital and a program book. Additional program books may be purchased at the recital.

*Costumes may be paid in full at time of registration or in monthly installments of five payments. All costumes must be paid in full by January 15th. No refunds will be made after January 15th.

Recital

June 8, 2008, Willett Hall in Portsmouth Virginia
Mandatory dress rehearsal: June 7, 2008. All students participating in the recital must attend the mandatory dress rehearsal in order to perform.

General Information

Accepted payment methods: VISA, Master Card, cash and checks ($25 fee for returned checks)

Monthly announcements will be provided by email and will be available in the office throughout the Fall/Spring session. All students are expected to read the announcements to be informed of important information regarding the studio, classes and performances.

All students will be notified of Holiday closings, and closings do to inclement weather will be posted on the web site and recorded on the studio voice mail.
